LEAFY PLANTAIN PORRIDGE

Plantain porridge is a Nigerian delicacy prepared with Plantain, which may be ripe or unripe. Plantains – usually diced in small cubes – are simmered until tender in a flavorful broth along with assorted vegetables, seafood and spices. This meal comes standard with 2 Tiger Prawns, 2 Snails, pieces of smoked/dried fish, Cow skin and your choice of protein(s).
