Named after its colour, this delicacy is native to the Edo people of Nigeria; Esan tribe to be precise. It is a highly nutritous soup – comprised of blended leaves (Bitter leaves, Scent leaves & Uziza leaves) highly recommended for diabetics and weight-watchers. This soup comes standard with 2 Tiger Prawns, 2 Snails, Cow skin and your choice of protein(s).
