Owo soup is a traditional soup of the Southern region of Nigeria. It is a delicacy popular among the people of Benin, Delta, Itsekiri, Ijaw, Isoko states/tribes of Nigeria. Prepared without leaves and with the consistency of porridge, it is tasty and rich with local spices. This soup comes standard with 2 Tiger Prawns, 2 Snails, Cow skin and your choice of protein(s).
