PEPPER LEAF RICE

Plain steamed rice served with Ofada Sauce. Also known as Ofada Stew or Ayamase, this is a very spicy sauce prepared with a combination of green peppers, Onions and several indigenous ingredients such as Locust Bean which gives it a distinct delicious taste. This sumptuous dish is presented on a large leaf which adds a very light leafy flavour to meal and of course adds to its aesthetic appeal. This meal comes standard with 2 Tiger Prawns, 2 Snails, fried Plantain, Dried Prawns, pieces of smoked/dried fish, boiled egg, Cow skin and your choice of protein(s).
