UKODO

Ukodo is a yam and unripe plantain dish of the Urhobo people of Nigeria. It is a pottage, a broth (with light to medium consistency) of meat and Lemon Grass with its base as the Nigerian pepper soup. This meal comes standard with 2 Tiger Prawns, 2 Snails, pieces of smoked/dried fish, Cow skin and your choice of protein(s).
