WHITE SOUP (OFE NSALA)

Ofe Nsala popularly known as ‘White Soup’ is a popular delicacy native to the Igbo tribe of Eastern Nigeria. It is called White Soup because it is prepared without (Palm) oil which typically gives soups a yellowish to reddish tinge. This soup comes standard with 2 Tiger Prawns, 2 Snails, Cow skin, pieces of stockfish and your choice of protein(s).
